Title Security Group (TSG) is very proud to be Authorized Representative in Puerto Rico for First American Title Insurance Company and the Fidelity National Title Group, two of the largest title insurance companies in the World. TSG has a team of 35 members headed by our three partners, Jose Chipi, Ramón Gómez and Carolina Garriga. Our team's vast knowledge in Real Estate, Registry of the Property and Title Insurance matters, as well as being equipped with the most advanced technology, enable us to provide the best and most efficient service in the industry.
What is a Title Insurance?
Title insurance policies are meant to protect home buyers and mortgage lenders from damages or financial losses caused by a bad title due to title defects. Most title insurance policies cover common claims filed against a title, including outstanding liens, back taxes and conflicting ownership claims.
